With the increase of economic strength and living standard in China,the demand for leisure tourism and cultural recreational activities is increasing.The theme park industry has developed rapidly in recent years,to a large extent to meet the needs in this respect,but the development of the industry,there are still many bottlenecks and misunderstandings.The soul of the theme park is the theme,without a unique theme,theme park can not continue to develop.The development of China’s theme park must be strengthened in the brand development,has its own independent brand and intellectual property.If we can achieve brand management,we can not only improve the intrinsic value of the brand,but also develop and expand the theme park industry of our country.This paper chooses Huai’an Children’s Theme Park as the research object and analyzes its strategy formulation and future development trends.Firstly,the current research situation at home and abroad is expounded,and the relevant theoretical parts such as strategy and strategic management,value chain,marketing and other basic theories are explained.Secondly,the paper analyzes the macro environment,industrial environment and micro environment,and predicts the relevant market data of Huai’an Children’s Theme Park based on market research data.Thirdly,the SWOT analysis method is used.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Huai’an Children’s Theme Park,puts forward alternative strategic plans,and then evaluates and determines the strategic plans.Finally,from the two aspects of the implementation and guarantee of the development strategy,some suggestions are put forward,and scientific and reasonable conclusions are drawn.
