TT Training Center is very famous for training pupil’s Chinese composition in Guangzhou. It is a important subject to select its development strategy and market orientation.First, introduced the situation of TT and put forward the main two development problems of TT, i.e.:TT only has a single training product and inadequate curriculum development efforts, and TT is lack of a systematic marketing plan.Second, analyzed the external environment of our country, the trade and market by PEST and Porter’s Five Competitive Forces in order to find the opportunities and threats of TT.Then, analyzed the internal resources and competence of TT in order to find its advantages and inferior strengths.At last, determined the mission and development goal of TT. And selected developed strategy and concrete measures:TT should be used the strategic path of "The first centralization Strategy-After the difference Strategy", to take optimal organizational structure, curriculum development, marketing, human resources development, corporate culture and other measures for expanding the business scale in order to achieve one of the domestic market leader in the development of training objectives in the future.Integrated use of the theories such as Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Operations management, Human Resource Management, etc to analyze and research, the research results would be important guiding significance for the development strategy formulation and implementation of TT and the other similar training Centers.
