Japan’s employment issuesis not just economic issues today,Research around theemploymentbecoming the most distressed and troublesome issues in Japanese public.Afterseeing today’s employment situation in Japan,Lifetime employment system and non-system oflifetime employment in Japan’s employment market has split into two.Researchsof Japan’semployment status are inseparable from the study of these two systems.There are lots of doctrine on Japanese employment system.Abolition of the lifetimeemployment system is also one of the very popular doctrine.Notexsitingtheory andContinuing theory and so on.Indeed,Abolish two party system is not good for problemsolving.This article based on explaitaion of change history of lifetime employment systemand non-system of lifetime employment,and explain the advantages and disadvantages of eachto describe the abolition of each two systems can not solve all the problems in this point.Inaddition,Hold for lifetime employment system and Informawl employmentsystem,In status ofboth fusion to solve the japenses employment problems. Inaugural difficult,differences ininformal and formal staff, middle-aged inauguration,enterprise cost reduction and so on.Whilefully utilizing the advantages of the two systems,By combining the two systems as much aspossible to avoid the disadvantages. In the thesis, find ways to slove the problem taken byJapan’s employment.
