静电场处理油葵种子对其抗旱性影响的研究

用场强为W6、W8、W9的电场处理三个油葵(Helianthus annuus L.)品种的种子,研究了其在干旱胁迫条件下,种子萌发期和幼苗期对干旱胁迫的反应,并分析了电场影响抗旱性的机理。结果表明:电场处理能提高油葵种子在干旱胁迫下的发芽率,发芽指数,活力指数及萌发期种子脂肪酶活力;提高萌发期种子和幼苗期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)等清除自由基的酶活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量;提高了幼叶的保水能力;降低了为膜所束缚的酸性磷酸酯酶活
