As one of the special equipment for modern material handling,hoisting machinery realizes the three-dimensional space location and movement of the load through the vertical and horizontal movement of the extraction device.It has an indispensable role in promoting the development of the national economy,and is widely used in factory workshops,freight terminals,rail transportation and construction industries.As a special crane in metallurgical industry,lifting mechanism is used as a mechanism to realize vertical space lifting movement of ladle,and its reliability has great influence on the safety and efficiency of the field workers.With the high-speed,heavy load and frequent occurrence of casting cranes,the reliability evaluation of hoisting mechanism is of great significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of foundry cranes.In this paper,the research object of the hoisting mechanism of the casting crane is studied as follows:1)For a small sample system to evaluate the reliability of sample data acquisition problems,puts forward the application of correlation function of multi-source information fusion and ML-II method of multi-source information fusion to get events based on reliability based method can solve the reliability of small sample evaluation system,prior information is difficult to obtain the problem.2)In the process of multi-source information fusion,in order to avoid the effect of unavailable data,application test is applied to check compatibility between sample data and prior information,effectively eliminating unavailable data and improving the credibility of evaluation results.3)The use of T-S fuzzy fault tree and Bayesian network of casting crane hoisting mechanism to evaluate the reliability,in the description of components,system fault degree,fuzzy fault tree and Bayesian network polymorphism using T-S to replace the traditional fault tree two state evaluation method conform to the actual situation of the reliability of the system,to solve the problem of traditional fault tree Boolean it is difficult to describe the relationship between the logic of events.4)According to the evaluation of the proposed method,use C# language and the corresponding evaluation software in engineering practice,may use-test,ML-II based multi-source information fusion method and T-S fuzzy fault tree reliability evaluation of the evaluation object,and generates the "reliability assessment report".
