The degree of tapping is on behalf of the level of sustainable development of Chinese athletics. Now , culture making of china players, becoming a useful person ratio, college popularization of china coaches on the low side and etc. need to improve on going with the following talent tapping, we will demand more high quality coaches, player, judges and games managers etc. In 2008 Olympic Games, how to tap the persons of ability on little is the most important thing in tactic making out of china sports bureau. To satisfy the indeed demand of the development of Chinese athletics under the market economy, to suit the trend of talent tapping of Chinese athletics, to utilize adequately favorable conditions of talent tapping in our country. The research design how to tap talent resource of Chinese athletics entirely, especially doing research on the focus and difficulty of talent resource tapping of Chinese athletics, which will provide theoretic and practiced reference for government to draw up policy.Guided by historic materialistic dialectics, insisted on the combination of theoretic and positive research, through contrasted analysis of transverse and lengthways, systemic research on talent resource tapping of Chinese athletics. The method of literature, investigation, consultation by experts, statistics and cases is applied. The dissertation is comprised of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. The goal, significance and actuality of study is explained in the part of introduction. The part of body is made up of six chapters: the theory of sustainable development is discussed in the first chapter, the value of visual angel of sustainable development is also discussed on the basis of the digestion of sustainable development. To suggest the principle, content, approach and general goal of talent resource tapping of Chinese athletics in new century in the visual angel of sustainable development is of great significance for government to constitute policy.It is concluded that talent of Chinese athletics can be cultivated by two ways: knowledgeable education and post training through research on current structure of talent cultivation of Chinese athletics. On the premise of wholly analyzed advantage and insufficiency of knowledgeable education and post cultivation and combined the developing law of talent tapping mode of Chinese athletics, it is suggested that mode of "open the great education which is suitable to the character of talent of Chinese athletics, enrich and consummate educational structure composed by current knowledgeable education and post taining of Chinese athletics.It shows that there is unbalance in stimulation of talent of Chinese athletics. To improve the phenomenon, "four principles of stimulation" and "stimulation mode of five combination" are suggested in the view of sustainable development, which play positive role in improving stimulant function in the area of Chinese athletics.Investigating and analyzing the extent, form, character and insufficiency of the flow of talent of Chinese athletics in talent market, it is suggest that currenttalent market of Chinese athletics is "substandard talent market". Theoretically analyzed on current talent market in the view of consummation and suggested the countermeasure according to insufficiency, it has positive significance of improving current talent market of Chinese athletics.
