新修订《食品安全法》颁布后,国家卫生计生委加强组织领导,周密部署,全面学习贯彻《食品安全法》,先后4次召开委党组会和委专题会,研究落实新《食品安全法》赋予卫生计生系统的各项法定职责,认真安排全国卫生计生系统的《食品安全法》学习活动。同时,国家卫生计生委落实“预防为主、风险管理”要求,扎实做好食品安全标准、风险监测与评估工作。首先,以构建“最严谨的标准”体系为目标,着力提高食品安全标准科学性、实用性。成立350多名专家组成的食品安全国家标准审评委员会;牵头组织完成了
After the promulgation of the “Food Safety Law”, the National Health and Family Planning Commission has intensified its organizational leadership and thorough deployment in conducting comprehensive study and implementation of the Food Safety Law. It has held four party committees and commissions on special topics to study and implement the new “Food Safety Law” Assign the various legal responsibilities for the health and family planning system and conscientiously arrange the “Food Safety Law” learning activities of the national health and family planning system. In the meantime, the National Health and Family Planning Commission implemented the requirements of “prevention-oriented and risk management” and did a good job in food safety standards, risk monitoring and assessment.
