针对太阳能硅片多线切割机的张力控制问题,提出一种基于改进型模糊滑模控制的直接张力控制方法。建立太阳能硅片多线切割机等效模型的运动方程,设计一个速度滑模控制器和2个张力滑模控制器,根据误差值定义积分滑模面,采用符号函数趋近律方法,利用李亚普洛夫函数证明算法的稳定性,使用模糊控制优化趋近律系数,利用双曲正切函数代替符号函数,改善系统动态性能,减少系统抖振,减小张力波动,保证系统稳定运行。仿真和实验结果证明了方法的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the tension control problem of solar wafer multi-line cutting machine, a direct tension control method based on improved fuzzy sliding mode control is proposed. The equations of motion for the equivalent model of the solar wafer multi-wire cutting machine are established. A speed sliding mode controller and two tension sliding mode controllers are designed. The integral sliding mode surface is defined according to the error value. Love function is used to prove the stability of the algorithm. Fuzzy control is used to optimize the approach law coefficient. Hyperbolic tangent function is used to replace the sign function to improve system dynamic performance, reduce chattering, reduce tension fluctuation and ensure stable operation of the system. Simulation and experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the method.
