薪酬管理指对于员工工资、奖金、提成、绩效考核成绩、培训考试成绩、所得税、保险、考勤等影响工资收入的相关数据进行分析统计并给出员工应得的薪酬。薪酬管理是我国军工企业改革中一项重要内容,也是我国军工企业人力资源管理的一个重要手段,随着经济全球化的发展,我国军工企业越来越重视人力资本的作用,我国军工企业对薪酬管理进行改革的要求也越来越迫切。该文主要介绍了我国军工企业薪酬管理的现状、存在的问题;最后针对问题提出了完善我国军工企业薪酬制度的措施和建议。
