目的:研究青龙衣胶囊的抗肿瘤活性及对S 180荷瘤小鼠血清中SOD和MDA的影响。方法:采用人胃腺癌BGC-823,S 180肉瘤和肝癌H 22腹水瘤,分别以环磷酰胺为阳性对照组、生理盐水为阴性对照组,将青龙衣药物以高、中、低3个剂量对实验裸鼠、小鼠组ig给药。结果:青龙衣胶囊明显抑制人胃腺癌BGC-823荷瘤裸鼠瘤体的增长,监测结果显示对给药后期抑瘤作用增强,抑瘤率可达到68.1%(P<0.01);能抑制肉瘤S 180荷瘤小鼠瘤体的增长,抑瘤率达到61.2%(P<0.01),具有较强的抗氧化能力,显著提高SOD水平(P<0.05),降低MDA水平(P<0.05);能明显提高肝腹水小鼠的生存质量,延长肝腹水小鼠的带瘤生存时间,生命延长率达到86.6%(P<0.01)。结论:青龙衣胶囊具有明显的体内抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor activity of Qinglongyi capsule and its effect on serum SOD and MDA in S 180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823, S 180 sarcoma and hepatocellular carcinoma H 22 ascites tumor were treated with cyclophosphamide as positive control group and normal saline as negative control group respectively. The experimental nude mice, mice were administered ig. Results: Qinglongyi capsule significantly inhibited the growth of human gastric adenocarcinoma BGC-823 tumor-bearing nude mice. The results showed that the anti-tumor effect was enhanced by 68.1% (P <0.01) The tumor growth inhibition rate was 61.2% (P <0.01) in S 180 tumor - bearing mice. It had strong antioxidant capacity, increased the level of SOD and decreased the level of MDA significantly (P <0.05). Can significantly improve the quality of life in mice with liver ascites and prolong the tumor-bearing survival time in mice with liver ascites, the life extension rate reached 86.6% (P <0.01). Conclusion: Qinglongyi capsule has obvious anti-tumor activity in vivo.
