研究了在脉冲微波作用下环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化情况,采用红外光谱和DSC对固化行为进行了研究,研究结果表明,环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化只适合于在低功率条件下进行,高功率条件下,得到的固化产物存在烧损。反应体系的固化程度随辐照时间的延长有所增加,超过一定的辐照时间后,反应的固化程度不再变化。红外光谱表明微波固化和热固化的反应机理相同,并且形成的产物结构相同。
The microwave curing of epoxy / DMP30 system under pulsed microwave was studied. The curing behavior was studied by infrared spectroscopy and DSC. The results show that the microwave curing of epoxy / DMP30 system is only suitable for low power curing , High-power conditions, the resulting cured product there is burning. The degree of curing of the reaction system increases with the extension of irradiation time, and beyond a certain irradiation time, the curing degree of the reaction does not change any more. Infrared spectroscopy shows that the reaction mechanism of microwave curing and thermal curing are the same, and the products formed are the same in structure.
