我国是农业大国,农民是我国人口的主要群体,农民人口数量约占总人口数量的2/3。随着农村社会、农业生产、农业经济、农村经济的不断发展,农民群众的文化水平、思想观念、道德素养等方面都出现了可喜的变化。长期以来,国家始终非常重视农村工作、农民工作,使得农民的总体素质有了很大的提高。尤其是近年来,党和政府高度重视“三农”问题,相继出台了一系列的方针政策,各级相关部门和单位积极配合、积极协调,有效促进了“三农”工作的发展进程。本文结合多年工作经验,对当前民勤县新型职业农民培育工作加以分析,对推进全县农民培育工作尽一己之力。 Our country is a big agricultural country.
