目的:观察西药联合麻杏石甘汤治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将84例重症肺炎患者采用随机对照表法分为2组,对照组取西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麻杏石甘汤治疗,采用肺部感染积分(CIPS)和多器官功能障碍评分(Marshall)评估2组肺部功能改善情况,并观察临床疗效和相关指标。结果:治疗总有效率观察组为92.56%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CIPS评分低于对照组,Marshall评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后心率、体温、白细胞计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤联合西药治疗重症肺炎,疗效显著,可有效清除病原菌。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of western medicine combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods: Eighty-four patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received western medicine. The observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of control group. The pulmonary infection score (CIPS) and multiple organs Dysfunction scores (Marshall) to assess the improvement of lung function in two groups, and observe the clinical efficacy and related indicators. Results: The total effective rate in observation group was 92.56%, which was higher than that in control group (76.19%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CIPS score of observation group after treatment was lower than that of control group, Marshall score was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, heart rate, body temperature and white blood cell count in observation group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe pneumonia, the curative effect is significant, which can effectively remove pathogenic bacteria.
