采用26个省市医药制造业1999-2013年的面板数据,建立PVAR模型,使用脉冲响应和方差分解等分析方法,从企业自筹研发投入与企业总研发投入两个角度,分别研究医药制造业政府科技投入与企业研发投入的双向影响关系。研究发现,医药制造业政府科技投入对企业自筹研发投入、企业总研发投入皆产生杠杆效应。政府科技投入对企业自筹研发投入具有单向影响,而对企业总研发投入具有双向影响。
Using panel data of pharmaceutical manufacturing from 26 provinces and municipalities from 1999 to 2013, the PVAR model was established. Using the methods of impulse response and variance decomposition, the research was conducted from the perspective of enterprise R & D investment and total R & D investment, The Bidirectional Influence of Government S & T Input and R & D Investment. The study found that government investment in science and technology by the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry exerts a leverage effect on enterprises’ R & D investment and total R & D investment. The government investment in science and technology has a one-way impact on the R & D investment by enterprises and has a two-way impact on the total R & D investment.
