通过对某耐火材料隧道窑系统能量分析,求得其火用效率及火用变质系数,找出了隧道窑系统能量利用的薄弱环节,提出了节能挖潜措施,以利于尽可能利用资源,降低成本。
Through the energy analysis of a refractory tunnel kiln system, the exergy efficiency and exergy conversion coefficient were obtained, and the weak link of energy utilization in tunnel kiln system was found out. Energy saving tapping measures were put forward in order to make full use of resources and reduce costs .
