目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:2004年1~12月在吉林大学第二医院妇产科采用免疫组织化学染色对14例正常子宫内膜,15例高分化腺癌,15例中低分化腺癌,7例腺癌伴鳞状上皮分化,9例透明细胞癌中的ADM的表达及MVD进行检测。结果:①子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中ADM表达与MVD均呈正相关(P<0.05);②正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜癌组织中ADM表达无显著性差异(P<0.05);③在子宫内膜癌各病理类型及手术-病理分期组中ADM阳性表达率无显著性差异(P<0.05);④子宫内膜癌组织学分级与淋巴结有无转移的ADM阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:ADM是调节正常子宫内膜与子宫内膜癌组织血管生成的重要因子,可能作为估计内膜组织恶性潜能及判断内膜癌预后的辅助指标,并为子宫内膜癌的抗血管生成及抗癌治疗提供新的分子靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM) in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD). Methods: From January to December 2004, 14 cases of normal endometrium, 15 cases of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, 15 cases of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, 7 cases of adenocarcinoma with normal endometrium were examined by immunohistochemical staining in the department of gynecology and obstetrics of the Second Hospital of Jilin University. Squamous cell differentiation, the expression of ADM in 9 cases of clear cell carcinoma and MVD. Results: (1) There was a positive correlation between the expression of ADM and MVD in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in ADM expression between normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05) ); ③ There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of ADM between pathological types and surgical-pathological stages of endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05); ④The positive rate of ADM in histological grading and lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma There was significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: ADM is an important factor that regulates angiogenesis in normal endometrium and endometrial carcinoma, and may be used as an auxiliary index to estimate the malignant potential of endometrial tissue and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Anti-cancer treatment provides a new molecular target.
