传统高校法律基础教育注重法律知识规范的掌握,重视认识性、结果性目标的培养,缺乏情感价值观目标和过程性目标。现阶段,高校法律基础教育理应树立并强调情感价值观目标和过程性目标,引导学生及时将理论运用到实践,强调多维、立体的多元互动式学习。
Traditional legal education in universities focuses on the mastery of legal knowledge and norms, emphasis on awareness, the development of the results of the goals, the lack of emotional values and process goals.
