本文选取了中国和英国两档关于消费维权的广播节目。中央人民广播电台经济之声的《天天3·15》节目和英国广播公司(BBC)广播4台的You and Yours(你和你的家庭成员)作为研究对象。两档节目均以消费者维权为主要内容,均为午间档播出。通过定性和定量两种研究方法,分析这类节目是如何构建节目主题的,并就相关话题展开探讨,尝试在国际化背景下对此类广播节目模式进行梳理。此外,本文也探究消费维权类广播节目每期具体事例均只与少部分群体直接相关,在这一前提下,是如何吸引大量广播听众收听的。
This article selects two broadcast programs on consumer rights protection in China and the United Kingdom. CEPA’s Voice Of Everyday 3.15 program and You and Yours (BBC) broadcast 4 sets are being studied. Two programs are based on consumer rights as the main content, are noon broadcast. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, it analyzes how such programs build the theme of the program, and discusses the related topics, trying to sort out such radio programs in the international context. In addition, this article also explores how the specific cases of each issue of consumer rights category are directly related to a small number of groups. Under this premise, it is how to attract a large number of radio listeners to listen to.
