大力推广政府购买服务是贯彻落实十八届三中全会精神,推进全面深化改革的一项重要工作,是加快转变政府职能、改进政府提供公共服务方式的一项重要举措。青海省高度重视政府购买服务工作,2014年制定出台了政府向社会力量购买公共服务实施办法,按照突出公共性和公益性的原则,重点选取民生关注度高、适合由社会力量承担的养老、教育、就业、残疾人服务等公共服务项目,先行先试,探索出多元化、多样化的政府购买服务模式和路径。 Vigorously promoting government procurement of services is an important task in implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and promoting an all-round deepening of the reform.
