目的对健康教育干预应用于慢性胃炎护理的临床效果进行研究。方法选取医院收治的慢性胃炎患者70例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组给予健康教育干预,比较2组患者的生活质量评分及疾病知识掌握情况。结果观察组患者的心理功能、社会功能、日常生活、物质功能评分及疾病知识掌握情况均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预应用于慢性胃炎护理的临床效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of health education intervention on chronic gastritis nursing. Methods Seventy patients with chronic gastritis admitted to the hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The observation group was given health education intervention. The quality of life scores and disease knowledge grading were compared among the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group in psychological function, social function, daily life, material function score and knowledge of disease. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of health education intervention on chronic gastritis nursing is significant.
