为克服传统液动、气动冲击器的缺陷,依据直线电机原理,研制了孔底电动冲击回转钻具。该钻具包括孔底电动冲击器、电机驱动器、动力电池3部分。电机驱动器负责接受地表指令并控制孔底电动冲击器的冲击频率和冲击功,从而实现在不提钻的情况下适应不同地层对冲击功和冲击频率的要求。实验表明,该钻具效率高,性能可靠,调节方便。
In order to overcome the defects of traditional hydraulic and pneumatic impactor, according to the principle of linear motor, a hole bottom electric impact rotary drilling tool was developed. The drilling tool includes a hole bottom electric impactor, a motor driver, and a power battery 3 part. The motor driver is responsible for accepting surface commands and controlling the impact frequency and impact energy of the bottom electric impactor, thus meeting the requirements for impact energy and impact frequency at different formations without drilling. Experiments show that the drill has high efficiency, reliable performance and convenient adjustment.
