目的:探讨ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFA)治疗对去卵巢大鼠骨生物力学的影响。方法:将60只雌性SD大鼠手术切除双侧卵巢或等体积脂肪,分为去卵巢(OVX)组、17α-炔雌醇(E2)组、小剂量ω-3 PUFA(A组)、中剂量ω-3 PUFA(B组)和大剂量ω-3 PUFA(C组),并设假手术(Sham)组为对照。用药90 d后,分离大鼠股骨,用分析天平测骨量,三点弯曲实验法测最大载荷、最大挠度、弹性载荷、弹性挠度和弹性能量吸收。结果:大鼠去卵巢后股骨结构力学特性指标与Sham组比均显著下降,各用药组与OVX组相比均有显著上升。结论:ω-3PUFA能改善去卵巢大鼠骨的生物力学性能,降低其发生骨折的危险性。
Objective: To investigate the effects of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 PUFA) on the biomechanics of ovariectomized rats. Methods: Sixty female SD rats were surgically excised bilateral ovaries or equal volume of fat and divided into ovariectomized (OVX) group, 17α-ethinyl estradiol (E2) group and low-dose ω-3 PUFA The dose of omega-3 PUFA (group B) and high-dose omega-3 PUFA (group C) were divided into sham operation group and control group. After 90 days of treatment, rat femur was isolated and bone mass was measured by analytical balance. Maximum load, maximum deflection, elastic load, elastic deflection and elastic energy absorption were measured by three-point bending test. RESULTS: After ovariectomy, the mechanical properties of femoral components in the sham group were significantly decreased compared with the Sham group, and the dosage groups were significantly increased compared with the OVX group. Conclusion: Omega-3 PUFAs can improve the biomechanical properties of ovariectomized rats and reduce the risk of fractures.
