目的:建立改良香荚兰素比色法测定茶多酚口含片中儿茶素含量。方法:取样品乙醇液40μl,置于5ml容量瓶中,分别加水1.0ml,1%香荚兰素浓盐酸液加至刻度,摇匀,40min后,于505nm测定吸收度,在7.58~53.05μg线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。结果:口含片儿茶素平均标示量99.35%,RSD1.03%。结论:该法简便,快速,辅料无干扰,可用于原料药和制剂的含量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an improved method for the determination of catechins in tea polyphenols buccal tablets by colorimetry with vanillin. Methods: Take 40μl of ethanol sample, place it in a 5ml volumetric flask, add 1.0ml of water and add 1% vanillin concentrated hydrochloric acid solution to the mark. Shake well. After 40min, measure the absorbance at 505nm, at 7.58. The 53.05 μg linearity was good (r=0.9998). Results: The average amount of labeled catechin was 99.35% and RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and without interference of excipients. It can be used for the analysis of content of drug substances and preparations.
