本文在红花抗炎有效成分的研究(第一报)基础上,将其有效部位用低压硅胶柱层析等手段,分离得到含量较少的四个单体,经红外、核磁、质谱及化学方法分别鉴定为二棕榈酸甘油酯(Ⅲ)、油酸(Ⅷ)、亚油酸(Ⅸ)、及β-谷甾醇-3-O-匍萄糖甙(Ⅹ)、其中二棕榈酸甘油酯及β-谷甾醇-3-O-匍萄糖甙为首次从红花中分离得到。
Based on the study of the active constituents of safflower anti-inflammation (first report), the effective fractions were separated by low-pressure silica gel column chromatography to obtain four monomers with less content, via infrared, nuclear magnetic, mass spectrometry and chemistry. Methods were identified as dipalmitin (III), oleic acid (VIII), linoleic acid (IX), and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucose (X), dipalmitoyl glyceride And β-sitosterol-3-O-glucose was isolated from safflower for the first time.
