目的调查郑州郊区学龄前儿童家长营养知信行现状及其影响因素,为幼儿园建立科学的营养教育模式提供基础性资料。方法采用整群抽样的方法随机选择郑州郊区4所幼儿园共853名家长,利用自制的营养知信行问卷进行调查。结果调查对象营养知识、态度和行为的得分及格率分别为41.03%、90.39%和61.20%,总分及格率59.55%。有58.97%的家长营养知识较匮乏。不同家庭收入者间的知信行得分水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),知信行总分在不同文化程度者间和是否接受过营养教育者间的知信行总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知信行三者相关系数有统计学意义(r知-信=0.243,r知-行=0.106,r信-行=0.185,P<0.05)。结论郑州郊区学龄前儿童家长营养知识水平较低,营养态度积极,但营养行为存在诸多不合理现象,应加强对幼儿和家长的营养宣教。
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of parents’ nutrition awareness in preschool children in suburban Zhengzhou and provide basic information for establishing scientific nutrition education model in kindergarten. Methods A total of 853 parents in 4 kindergartens in the suburbs of Zhengzhou were randomly selected by cluster sampling method. Results The passing rate of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of the surveyed subjects were 41.03%, 90.39% and 61.20% respectively, with a total passing rate of 59.55%. 58.97% of parents have less nutrition knowledge. There was no significant difference in the level of knowledge and practice among different family income groups (P> 0.05). There was statistical difference between the total scores of knowledge and belief in different literacy classes and those who received nutrition education Significance (P <0.05). The correlation coefficient of the three was statistically significant (r-letter = 0.243, r-line = 0.106, r letter-line = 0.185, P <0.05). Conclusion Parents of preschool children in the suburbs of Zhengzhou have a lower level of nutritional knowledge and positive nutritional attitude. However, there are many irrational behaviors in nutritional behavior, and nutrition education for young children and parents should be strengthened.
