政府信息公开既可以实现保障公民知情权,又可以提高政府行政效率、转变政府职能。近年来我国政府信息公开发展迅速,在立法和制度建设方面都有很大进步。但因为信息公开所涉及方面较广,在这一过程中仍然有一些问题需要探讨,如信息公开的内容、信息的时效性、公开方式以及公开之后的后续制度建设等。
The government information disclosure can not only guarantee the citizen’s right to know, but also improve the government administration efficiency and change the government function. In recent years, with the rapid development of government information in our country, great progress has been made in legislation and system construction. However, because of the wider scope of information disclosure, there are still some problems to be discussed in this process, such as the content of information disclosure, the timeliness of information, the openness and the open follow-up system construction.
