作为反映人才信息的一个重要载体,人事档案可以对个人的经历和工作表现以及德才能绩等情况进行较全面的反映,也是单位和上级领导对于干部进行提拔和任用的一个重要依据。近些来来,事业单位的人事档案管理工作也取得了不小的成绩,然而随着我国事业单位人事制度改革进程的不断深入推进,事业单位档案管理工作中也存在着一些问题。本文对当前事业单位人事档案管理的现状问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的创新思路与建议。
As an important carrier of reflecting the talent information, the personnel files can comprehensively reflect the personal experience and performance of work as well as the performance of moral talents. It is also an important basis for units and superiors to promote and appoint cadres. In recent years, the management of personnel records in public institutions has also made remarkable achievements. However, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the personnel system in public institutions in China, some problems still exist in the file management of public institutions. This article analyzes the status quo of personnel files management in current public institutions and puts forward corresponding innovative ideas and suggestions.
