目的：应用彩色多普勒超声检测胎儿静脉导管血流频谱，探究静脉导管频谱随孕周的变化情况并建立不同孕周胎儿各频谱参数的正常参考值范围。方法超声检查成功获得1078例单胎妊娠正常胎儿的静脉导管血流频谱。测量速度参数（VS、VD、VA、TAMXV）与阻力参数（RI、PIV、PVIV）值。结果静脉导管血流频谱速度参数均与孕周呈正相关，阻力参数均与孕周呈负相关，其正常参考值范围分别为：VS （0．24，1．12）、VD（0．20，1．00）、VA（0．001，0．713）、TAMXV（0．05，0．93）、RI（0．20，1．02）、PIV（0．15，1．53）、PVIV（0．23，1．20）。结论11～40孕周正常胎儿静脉导管血流频谱速度参数和阻力参数与孕周具有相关性。应用彩色多普勒超声进行胎儿静脉导管血流频谱分析，可以为临床观测胎儿发育情况提供更为详尽、有效的参考依据。“,”Objective To detect the ductus venosus blood flow spectrum of fetus by color Doppler ultra‐sound ,study on the change of the ductus venosus blood flow spectrum as the week of gestation and estab‐lish the normal reference range of the DV spectrum parameters in different gestational weeks .Methods This study successfully obtained the blood flow spectrum of DV which was single pregnancy in 1078 cases of normal fetus .Then the speed parameters (VS ,VD ,VA ,TAMXV) and resistance parameters(RI ,PIV , PVIV) of DV were measured .Results The speed parameters of DV were positively correlated with the gestational age .While the resistance parameters were negatively correlated with gestational age .Normal reference values of spectrum parameters were VS(0 .24 ,1 .12) ,VD(0 .20 ,1 .00) ,VA(0 .001 ,0 .713) , TAMXV(0 .05 ,0 .93) ,RI(0 .20 ,1 .02) ,PIV(0 .15 ,1 .53) ,PVIV(0 .23 ,1 .20) ,respectively .Conclusions Most DV parameters vary with gestational age .Detecting the ductus venosus blood flow spectrum of fetus by color Doppler ultrasound can provide detailed and effective references for observing the fetus conditions .
