电网企业价值量指标与非价值量指标存在着紧密的关系,但缺少一定的方法去衡量其量化关系,在分析管理中只能定性分析,无法定量分析,这一定程度上制约了经营管理与效益分析。本文以综合线损率与固定资产投资的量化关系建立为例,阐明了利用统计学方法,基于历史数据,运用成熟的数学模型对历史数据进行回归分析,建立综合线损率在其他影响因素条件下与投资的量化关系模型,为投资在非价值量方面取得的投资效益提供衡量工具,为电网投资决策提供参考。 There is a close relationship between the enterprise value index and non-value index, but there is a lack of certain methods to measure its quantitative relationship.
