净套作条件下钼肥拌种对大豆光合特性及产量的影响

在净作和“玉/豆”套作条件下,研究钼肥拌种对大豆光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明:净作条件下大豆叶片的叶绿素Chl(a+b)含量、单株有效荚数、荚粒数、百粒重及产量均显著低于套作,而Chla/b值、净光合速率和蒸腾速率则高于套作;钼肥拌种提高了大豆叶片Chl(a+b)含量、Chla/b值、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、有效荚数和产量。在净作条件下,上述指标均以2.0g·kg-1处理最高,其次为1.0g·kg-1,其中2.0g·kg-1处理植株叶片的净光合速率、单株有效荚数及产量分别较对照高36.14%、27.32%和37.25%。套作条件下,上述光合指标均以1.0g·kg-1处理最高,其次为2.0g·kg-1,其中1.0g·kg-1处理植株叶片的净光合速率、单株有效荚数及产量分别较对照高34.46%、68.00%和84.85%。可见,钼肥拌种可提高大豆的光合特性及产量,套作模式中钼肥对大豆产量的贡献大于净作,且套作模式中钼肥的最适拌种浓度低于净作。 Effects of Molybdenum Fertilizer Dressing on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Soybeans (Glycine max L.) under net and “Jade / Bean” intercropping conditions. It can be seen that molybdenum fertilizer seed dressing can improve the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of soybean, and the contribution of molybdenum fertilizer to soybean yield is larger than that of net cropping in intercropping mode, and the optimum dressing concentration of molybdenum fertilizer in intercropping mode is lower than that of net cropping.
