采用2个四通阀和2个三通阀是实现串联式回热型吸附式制冷系统的最简单形式,但采用四通阀会造成一定的热量损失,从而对系统性能产生影响。本文搭建了一个采用四通阀的回热型硅胶-水吸附式制冷实验装置,并对四通阀的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在四通阀不动作时,冷热流体之间的换热不明显,热量损失较小;在四通阀动作时,热水向冷却水掺入量为0.29kg/s,而冷却水向热水掺入量为2.14kg/s,造成热源侧5,157kJ的热量损失,相当于加热量的8.09%。因此要选用切换时间较短的四通阀,以减小冷却水向热水的掺入量。
The use of two four-way valves and two three-way valves is the simplest form of a tandem regenerative adsorption refrigeration system, but the use of a four-way valve causes some heat loss and hence system performance. In this paper, a four-way valve to build a regenerative silica gel - water adsorption refrigeration experimental device, and four-way valve of the experimental study. The experimental results show that when the four-way valve is not in operation, the heat exchange between the hot and cold fluids is not obvious and the heat loss is small. When the four-way valve is operated, the amount of hot water mixed with the cooling water is 0.29 kg / s, The amount of cooling water added to the hot water is 2.14 kg / s, resulting in a heat loss of 5,157 kJ on the heat source side, corresponding to 8.09% of the heating amount. Therefore, the switch to choose a shorter four-way valve to reduce the amount of cooling water to hot water.
