基于创新过程系统,将区域高技术产业竞争力分为创新投入、创新产出、创新扩散与创新支持4个维度。采用因子分析法和聚类分析法,分析并评价了2013年31个省市的高技术产业竞争力。研究结果表明:各个区域在创新过程系统不同维度的表现并不一致;高技术产业园区对高技术产业发展具有引领和示范作用;区域高技术产业依赖于区域经济的发展,并作用于区域经济的发展。针对中国高技术产业现状,提出了促进高技术产业竞争力提升的对策与建议。
Based on the innovation process system, the regional high-tech industry competitiveness is divided into four dimensions: innovation investment, innovation output, innovation diffusion and innovation support. Using factor analysis and cluster analysis, the competitiveness of high-tech industries in 31 provinces and cities in 2013 was analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the performance of different regions in different aspects of the innovation process system is inconsistent. High-tech industrial parks lead and demonstrate the development of high-tech industries. Regional high-tech industries rely on the development of regional economy and play an important role in the development of regional economy . In response to the current situation of China’s high-tech industries, some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the competitiveness of high-tech industries.
