中草药勒欓化学成分的研究

对芸香科花椒属植物勒欓的枝叶的化学成分进行了研究?諜橹σ斗鬯椴⒂靡掖?95%)回流提取,回收乙醇,提取物以硅胶(100~120目)吸附。分别用石油醚(60~90℃)、二氯甲烷、甲醇连续提取,得石油醚等三个提取部分。回收溶剂并用常规酸碱法分别提取生物碱,得到石油醚部、二氯甲烷部、甲醇三部分生物碱。经薄层层析定性后合并二氯甲烷和甲醇部碱。用加压硅胶(10~40μm)柱层析(氯仿:乙醇乙酯:甲醇:氨水,20:15:5:0.5为洗脱剂)及薄层层析制备法(环已烷:乙酸乙脂:二乙胺,10:3:1为展开剂),进行分离、纯化。得到勒欓A及勒欓B两个单体结晶。 The chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Rutaceae Zanthoxylum Rubra were studied.    橹 橹 鬯椴 鬯椴 (15) 靡掖 95 95 95%) reflux extraction, recovery of ethanol, the extract was silica gel (100 to 120 mesh) adsorption. They were extracted successively with petroleum ether (60-90°C), dichloromethane and methanol to obtain three fractions of petroleum ether. The solvent was recovered and alkaloids were extracted by conventional acid-alkali methods to obtain alkaloids in the petroleum ether, methylene chloride and methanol three parts. After quantification by thin layer chromatography, dichloromethane and methanol were combined. Column chromatography (chloroform:ethanol ethyl acetate:methanol:ammonia water, 20:15:5:0.5 as eluent) and thin-layer chromatography (cyclohexane:ethyl acetate) using pressurized silica gel (10-40 μm) column chromatography : Diethylamine, 10:3:1 as developing solvent), separation and purification. The crystals of two monomers, Rex A and Rex B, were obtained.
