为提高传统点焊电极材料的抗软化温度,研究开发了具有高抗软化性能的Al2O3颗粒增强Cu基复合材料,对其微观组织和软化温度、导电率进行了测试,结果表明该Al2O3/Cu复合材料的软化温度高达930℃,导电率达86.49%IACS,适宜制作点焊电极材料。
In order to improve the anti-softening temperature of the traditional spot welding electrode materials, Al2O3 particles reinforced Cu matrix composites with high softening resistance have been developed and their microstructures, softening temperature and conductivity have been tested. The results show that the Al2O3 / Cu composite Material softening temperature up to 930 ℃, conductivity of 86.49% IACS, suitable for the production of spot welding electrode materials.
