100米短跑是田径比赛中径赛项目之一,也是奥运会径赛距离最短的项目。此项目要求全身协调配合,高度的灵敏性,极快的反应速度和超强的爆发力,而支持以上要求的就是运动员自身的基本素质。因此,基本身体素质训练对100米短跑成绩起着关键性作用。本文仅对身体的爆发力和力量、柔韧性、速度等基本素质训练方法谈谈浅见。
The 100-meter sprint is one of the track and field events in track and field and the shortest distance in the Olympic track. This project requires the coordination of the whole body, a high degree of sensitivity, fast response speed and super explosive, and to support the above requirements is the athlete’s basic qualities. Therefore, basic physical fitness training plays a key role in 100-meter sprint performance. This article only on the body’s explosive force and strength, flexibility, speed and other basic quality training methods to talk about the humble opinion.
