1 材料与方法1.1 动物 昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,体重18g～22g,由安徽省医学科学研究所实验动物研究室提供。1.2 药物与试剂 抗衰灵口服液由安徽大东方药业有限责任公司提供,批号:980201;东莨菪碱为上海禾丰制药有限公司产品,批号:960401;环已酰亚胺为Sigma公司产品,批号:950720;戊巴比妥钠、乙醇系市售。1.3 采用一次性被动回避反应——跳台法、避暗法及水迷宫法 自动记录水迷宫及JZZ94多功能回避反射条件仪为北京药物所产品。实验时,水迷宫内水高9cm,水温控制在25C±1C,迷宫由起始点,4个盲端,终点台阶和相应通路结构组成,
1 Materials and methods 1.1 Animals Kunming mice, male and female, weighing 18g ~ 22g, provided by the Laboratory Animal Laboratory of Anhui Institute of Medical Sciences. 1.2 Drugs and Reagents Anti-Fainting Oral Liquid is provided by Anhui Dadong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch number: 980201; scopolamine is the product of Shanghai Haofeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., batch number: 960401; Cyclimide is Sigma’s product, batch number: 950720; sodium pentobarbital and ethanol are commercially available. 1.3 Adopt one-time passive avoidance reaction - step-up method, avoidance method and water maze. Automatically record the water maze and JZZ94 multi-purpose avoidance reflection condition instrument for the Beijing Drug Institute. During the experiment, the height of water in the water maze is 9cm, the water temperature is controlled at 25C±1C, and the maze is composed of the starting point, four blind ends, the terminal step and the corresponding path structure.
