公共文化的发展和繁荣是我们全面建设小康社会的重要内容之一,是提高我国民族凝聚力和实现人的全面发展的重要标志之一。而当代欧美主要发达国家在文化产品、文化要素和文化服务政策等方方面面经过长期的发展形成了一套完整的体系,其中的合理成分,尤为值得我们学习和借鉴,对我国完善各个文化产品与服务体系,明确非政府文化组织的法律地位等方面有所启示。因此本文研究借鉴世界主要发达国家文化市场体系建设中的合理成为,结合我国国情,对我国的改革文化体系的完善具有重大的理论和现实意义。
The development and prosperity of public culture is one of the important contents of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and one of the important symbols of enhancing the national cohesion and realizing the all-round development of mankind. However, the major developed countries in Europe and the United States have formed a complete system through long-term development in such aspects as cultural products, cultural elements and cultural service policies. The reasonable components among them are particularly worth our study and reference, and they have consummated various cultural products and services in our country System, clarify the legal status of non-governmental cultural organizations and so on. Therefore, this study draws lessons from the rational formation of the cultural market system in the major developed countries in the world and, in light of China’s national conditions, has great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of China’s reform cultural system.
