针对某型号活塞顶面发生的裂纹和烧穿现象,对活塞的材料、内冷油腔、顶部积碳、断面裂纹和工作情况等进行了综合分析研究,认为活塞燃烧室喉口部位的硬伤、发动机长期超速超负荷运转是导致活塞顶部发生失效的主要原因,并就此提出了预防活塞顶部失效的措施。
