克隆氏病在临床和病理上均无特异表现,故易误诊。现收集我院1958～1980年经手术和尸检证实的克隆氏病50例,其中未能确诊者46例占92％。此外,还收集了经病理证实的溃疡性结肠炎20例,肠结核30例,升结肠癌28例,以兹分析鉴别。
There is no specific clinical and pathological manifestation of Crohn’s disease, so it is often misdiagnosed. We have collected 50 cases of Crohn’s disease confirmed by surgery and autopsy in our hospital from 1958 to 1980, of which 46 cases were undiagnosed and accounted for 92%. In addition, 20 cases of pathologically confirmed ulcerative colitis, 30 cases of intestinal tuberculosis, and 28 cases of ascending colon cancer were collected for analysis and identification.
