以PW 2000喷油泵等压出油阀偶件为例,通过零件可靠性设计与工艺改进、参数优化计算与试验分析,研究高喷射压力强化条件下等压出油阀偶件可靠性质量的设计改进与提高。研究表明,根据燃油喷射系统喷油泵实际强化程度与性能要求,通过设计与制造工艺的改进如合理调整回油阀开启压力、回油阀座座面角度,控制回油阀升程、优化回油阀弹簧及其上下座细节性设计、零件表面粗糙度的提高等方法,可以大幅度地提高和改进等压出油阀偶件可靠性质量。
