将通识教育融入专业教育是大学人才培养的发展趋势。我国当前在公共管理专业人才培养上存在培养目标不合理、理念不科学、教学内容不完善、实践教育薄弱及师资水平不高等问题。通过构建将通识教育理念融入公共管理专业人才培养的模式,可以较好地解决这些问题。
Integrating general education into professional education is the development trend of college personnel training. At present, there are such problems as unreasonable training objectives, unscientific concepts, imperfect teaching contents, weak practical education and low level of teacher education in the current training of public management professionals in our country. These problems can be solved well by building a model that integrates the concept of general education into the training of public management professionals.
