本文从学术团队的内涵与外延出发,分析了目前我国高校应用心理学专业研究生学术团队存在的问题与原因,提出了对策与建议。首先提出我国高校在创新性应用心理学专业研究生学术团队建设过程中存在创新能力不足、目标价值不清、缺乏制度环境等问题。其次针对这些问题,提出对策与建议,包括:锤炼应用心理学专业研究生学术团队的创新能力、推进应用心理学专业研究生学术团队的目标管理、创建应用心理学专业研究生学术团队的制度环境等。
Based on the connotation and extension of academic team, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of postgraduate academic team of applied psychology in colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. First of all, it puts forward that there are some problems such as lack of innovation ability, unclear goal value and lack of institutional environment in the construction of academic team of postgraduates in innovative applied psychology in our country. Secondly, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to these problems, including: tempering the innovation ability of postgraduate academic team of Applied Psychology, promoting the target management of postgraduate academic team of Applied Psychology, and creating the institutional environment of postgraduate academic team of Applied Psychology.
