目的 :评价X -刀立体放疗在晚期胰腺癌治疗中的价值。方法 :14例患者 (原发肿瘤 3例 ,转移肿瘤 11例 ) ,均采用高剂量分割治疗 ,每周 3次 ,分 4～ 10次进行 ,处方剂量为 5～ 8Gy ,总量 2 8～ 4 5Gy。结果 :原发肿瘤 3例 ,瘤体明显缩小 ,转移肿瘤 11例 ,局控 10例 ( 7例明显缩小 ,3例稳定 )。中位生存期10个月。结论 :X -刀治疗极大地提高了胰腺癌放疗疗效 ,特别是为不能手术的胰腺癌治疗提供了一种有效的手段
Objective: To evaluate the value of X-knife stereotherapy in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Fourteen patients (3 primary tumors and 11 metastatic tumors) were treated with high-dose splitting, 3 times a week, 4 to 10 times, and the prescribed dose was 5 to 8 Gy. The total amount was 28 to 4 5Gy. Results: In 3 cases of primary tumors, the tumor size was significantly reduced. There were 11 cases of metastatic tumors and 10 cases of local control (7 cases were significantly reduced and 3 cases were stable). The median survival period is 10 months. Conclusion: X-knife treatment greatly improves the curative effect of pancreatic cancer radiotherapy, especially for the treatment of inoperable pancreatic cancer.
