证据展示制度,是诉讼双方在庭审前按照法律规定的方式相互交换证据材料和信息的制度,随着我国刑事诉讼制度的改革和发展,可以借鉴国外有关证据展示制度的规定,结合我国刑事诉讼的具体情况,对适用案件、展示时间、地点、主体以及展示的程序等方面进行研究,以期构建我国特色的证据展示制度。
