研究发现酸性条件下,亚硫酸根对自制的新型环金属铱配合物[(dpci)2Ir(pca)])(dpci=3,4-二苯基邻二氮杂萘,pca=吡啶-2-羧酸)-硫酸铈体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用,据此建立了检测亚硫酸根的新方法。在最佳条件下,亚硫酸根浓度与化学发光强度在5.0×10-7~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.4×10-7mol/L。对1.0×10-4 mol/L亚硫酸根进行9次平行测定,相对标准偏差为3.1%。方法成功用于粉丝食品中亚硫酸盐的测定,回收率在98.3%~102.8%之间。
Studies have found that under acidic conditions, sulfite to self-made new ring metal iridium complex [(dpci) 2Ir (pca)]) (dpci = 3,4-diphenyl phthalazine, pca = Carboxylic acid) - cerium sulfate system chemiluminescence was significantly enhanced, thus establishing a new method for the detection of sulfite. Under optimum conditions, the concentration of sulfite showed a linear relationship with the chemiluminescence intensity in the range of 5.0 × 10-7 ~ 3.0 × 10-4mol / L with the detection limit of 1.4 × 10-7mol / L. Nine parallel determinations of 1.0 × 10-4 mol / L sulfite gave a relative standard deviation of 3.1%. The method was successfully applied to the determination of sulfite in vermicelli. The recoveries ranged from 98.3% to 102.8%.
