栓焊并用连接在钢结构加固工程中有广泛的应用。但由于螺栓连接和焊接连接承载能力的不同,栓焊并用连接节点的受力性能比较复杂。JGJ 82—2011《钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程》提出了栓焊并用连接的设计方法。基于试验和有限元参数分析,指出JGJ 82—2011设计方法的不足之处——未考虑螺栓与焊缝的强度对比关系,提出新的栓焊并用连接承载力建议设计公式,并用国外学者试验研究提出的设计公式与JGJ 82—2011中的设计公式进行比较。对比结果表明,提出的建议公式具有较好的安全性和可靠性。
Bolting and welding with steel structure reinforcement in a wide range of applications. However, due to the different bolt connection and welding connection load capacity, the joint performance of the bolt joint welding is complicated. JGJ 82-2011 “Technical Specification for High Strength Bolting of Steel Structures” presents the design method of bolt-and-socket connection. Based on the experimental and finite element analysis, the inadequacies of the JGJ 82-2011 design method are pointed out. The strength comparison between the bolt and the weld is not considered. A new design formula of the bolt-and-socket connection with the bearing capacity is proposed. The proposed design formula is compared with the design formula in JGJ 82-2011. The comparison results show that the proposed formula has good safety and reliability.
