本文以Ccr、CR、BUN等为检测肾功能的指标,观察53例慢性肾功能不全患者的治序效果。治疗组33例用低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注,对照组20例。经过14天的连续治疗,治疗组肾功能显著改善,有效率为81.8%,对照组无明显变化。 In this paper, Ccr, CR, BUN and other indicators for detecting renal function, the observation of 53 cases of chronic renal failure in patients with the sequence effect. 33 cases of treatment group with low molecular weight dextran intravenously, control group of 20 patients.
