针对现有流通池消除水中的微小气泡能力不足及无法应对进水水压变化范围较大的使用环境,本文提出了一种能有效缓冲和消泡的流通池。本流通池通过在进水腔与取样池之间设置消泡水道连通,达到消泡和缓冲进水压的作用。实验结果表明,本流通池提高了浊度传感器浊度的检测精度。
In view of the existing flow cell’s ability to eliminate the tiny bubbles in water and the inability to cope with the larger use range of the inlet water pressure, a flow cell capable of effectively buffering and defoaming is proposed. The flow cell is provided with a defoaming water channel which is arranged between the water inlet cavity and the sampling cell to achieve the functions of defoaming and buffering water pressure. The experimental results show that the flow cell improves the detection accuracy of the turbidity sensor.
