随着城市发展建设的速度加快和交通设施资金投入量的加大， 如何使交通设施建设与城市的土地开发协调统一， 在目前的交通发展水平上已不再是一个交通治理的问题， 而更主要的是发展战略与目标的选择问题。本文结合沈阳市建设水平和城市远景发展目标提出了城市交通的发展战略与目标选择。
With the acceleration of urban development and construction and the increase in investment in transportation facilities, how to harmonize the construction of transport facilities with urban land development is no longer a problem of traffic management at the current level of traffic development. The main issue is the selection of development strategies and goals. This paper puts forward the development strategy and target selection of urban transportation in combination with the construction level of Shenyang and the long-term development goals of the city.
