将消防监督干部的绩效考核引入消防执法质量考评体系,实现由对单位的单一考评转变为对单位和监督干部的双重考评,有效激发消防监督干部的积极性和创造性。本文分析了现行考评制度中存在的问题及成因,以绩效考核中“目标管理法”为例,探索将“目标管理法”引入执法质量考评体系,从建立消防监督干部绩效考核的原则、考核指标的选取要求、考核工作的开展方式和考评中的注意事项等进行分析,试论证将消防监督干部的绩效考核引入执法质量考评体系的可行性。
The performance appraisal of fire supervisory cadres into the quality of fire law enforcement evaluation system to achieve the unit from a single assessment for the dual evaluation of units and supervisory cadres to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of fire control cadres.
